Jesse Schultz is the Executive Director of the Knoxville Ice Bears Charitable Foundation. The Ice Bears Foundation is dedicated to helping the children in our community become champions on and off the ice through the power of hockey, while targeting the underserved and disadvantaged youth in the inner city of Knoxville, Tennessee.

Jesse was born in the heart of hockey country, Strasbourg, Saskatchewan Canada. His journey began with a passion for the game that would drive him to notable achievements. His professional career as a player, spanning 19 seasons and over 1100 games, saw him excel in various leagues worldwide. Transitioning from player to leader, Jesse’s goal is to make a significant impact as the Executive Director, while harnessing the power of hockey, supporting numerous charitable initiatives, and making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout Knoxville.

Jesse’s leadership is characterized by a deep commitment to both the sport he loves and the community he serves, He continues to be a powerful force for good, blending his athletic background with a strong sense of social responsibility.
